J. Jeff Lindsay, Broker

After graduating from high school in Las Vegas, Jeff went to the University of Utah were in 1979 he graduated with a degree in Real Estate Development. In that same year Jeff got his Broker/Agent real estate license and went into the home building business. In 1989 he received a General Contractor license and in 1993 he obtained New Home Realty as Broker and owner. As a real estate investor, he combined his two professions along with his knowledge of the Las Vegas Valley to finance, build, market and sell custom spec homes.

Today Jeff’s sole duties are as Broker for New Home Realty. As a real estate broker and with his background as an investor, Jeff offers expertise and insight to his clients about the Las Vegas housing market. Jeff knows the emotions of buying and selling homes because he has been in “your shoes”. Whether a homebuyer or investor, Jeff will work with each client to assist them in satisfying their wants and needs in the selection of a home.

His basic philosophy is for New Home Realty to be big enough for any transaction yet small enough for personal customer service before and after the transaction. Jeff believes in using all the latest technologies and keeping up-to-date in the ever changing world of real estate. He is however still “old school” when it comes to customer satisfaction. Marisa Vincent, Associate

Marisa Vincent has called Las Vegas home since 1976. She was the first Dance Major to graduate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. After graduation, she taught classes at the UNLV until 1982 at which time she devoted her time and energy to her own dance studio and students. In addition, Ms. Vincent has several years experience in the event planning world. The move to real estate seemed natural to Ms. Vincent, as customer service is her forte.

Christel Stewart, Associate

If you were to ask Christel Stewart what are the most important qualities necessary for success in the real estate industry, she wouldn’t hesitate to respond: “Commitment to outstanding customer service, dedication to goal achievement, and enthusiasm towards preserving honesty and integrity.” As an Associate for New Home Realty located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ms. Stewart brings those principles to bear for every client and every transaction. A Las Vegas native, Ms. Stewart began her real estate career as a real estate assistant and then went on to become a new home specialist for Pinnacle Homes and KB Home, where she consistently exceeded company performance standards and was singled out for company recognition. Most recently, Ms. Stewart worked for Colliers International as a member of their Luxury Residential Division where she fulfilled a specific market niche working with buyers and sellers over the million dollar mark. As a Communications Studies graduate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Ms. Stewart studied principles of persuasion, organizational communication and conflict management, all of which has contributed to her sales success.
